Laughter Yoga is a unique concept whereby we laugh on purpose without comedy, jokes,

or props as a mind/body mild to moderate aerobic exercise with yogic breathing.  In celebration of World Laughter Day, join Laura, a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher,, as she leads us through the 4 elements of joy as taught by Laughter Yoga founder, Dr. Madan Kataria.

Bio:  

Laura Lerman has led laughter yoga groups since 2013,  and became a certified laughter yoga leader trainer in 2017.   She has two RYT 200 certificates from Rising Sun Yoga in 2003 and Yoga Medics in 2017.  She’s also a licensed massage therapist, life coach, and reiki master teacher.    Laura enjoys teaching laughter yoga, and believes wellness begins within self, and expresses outwardly as a commitment to joyful living.
