Bio

I’m honored and blessed to be able to teach at Y.A.G.D.’s Spring yoga day. I am an E-RYT 200 instructor and have been teaching yoga for almost 12 years, along with Pilates and reformer classes for the past year.

My yoga teaching style is a blend of vinyasa, yin, and restorative, focusing on the main foundations of the practice including breath, root lock muscular engagements, gazing points, and keeping a calm, balanced, equanimous mind.

I truly believe our purpose in life is to experience joy and Yoga is the only practice that has ever surpassed my passion as a hairstylist of 40 years. I hope you enjoy a mindful sequence of movements that will elevate your mind, body, and spirit, creating a better version of your own self.
