We are back to on site meetings at St Davids Church on 12 Mile in Southfield for a few meetings.
Check your Tapas newsletter or the website for information. St Davids has completed all renovations giving us a large, clean space to do asana, meet and have refreshments.

YAGD Annual 2020 Retreat
October 22, 2020 - October 24, 2020
Our retreat this year, a members-only event, is virtual and, thanks to a generous donation, free. The first class, “Learning and Teaching via Zoom,” should give you enough of the basics to attend even if you have never “Zoomed” before. Our visiting instructor, Jennifer Norber is an E-RYT 200 and Reiki Master as well as a Spiritual Care Advisor at Hospice of Michigan. You can read more about her on Facebook at her professional page, Free to Be Me Yoga.
We could add another class on Saturday afternoon. If you are interested in instructing, contact Sharon. You would not need to host the Zoom meeting, just be willing to instruct using the computer.
To register for the retreat, send an email, with “YAGD Retreat” in the subject line, to YogaSharon@hotmail.com. You will receive Zoom links to attend but, like all retreats, you are welcome to attend only the classes you choose (and do not need to specify which ones they are when you register). You are also welcome to attend the Saturday evening book discussion whether or not you have read the book. Please register no later than Thursday, October 22.
